Lac St-Louis Tigers Bleu 15U Hold Onto Victory As Orioles U15 AA Almost Erase 6-Run Deficit

Lac St-Louis Tigers Bleu 15U built a 6-run lead in the sixth inning and then held off Orioles U15 AA's charge for an 8-6 victory on Tuesday. Orioles U15 AA closed the gap by scoring on a single, a walk, and an error.


Lac St-Louis Tigers Bleu 15U opened the scoring in the second after Zachary Hebert singled, scoring one run.


In the bottom of the fourth inning, Orioles U15 AA went back into the lead after Matteo Colavita hit a sacrifice fly, and Henri Laroche hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run.


Orioles U15 AA committed an error, which helped Lac St-Louis Tigers Bleu 15U tie the game at two in the top of the fifth.

Antoine Vezina opened the game for Orioles U15 AA. The starting pitcher allowed seven hits and two runs (one earned) over five innings, striking out four and walking one.
